The Origin of the Project
Who is Klem Loden?
Sync Publishing was born from a simple observation:
The world of music synchronization lacks real bridges between composers and the professional audiovisual industry.
Too many talented composers remain invisible — lacking the right network, targeted training, or a clear understanding of the codes required for writing to picture.
Too many schools teach theory without ever touching the realities of the field.
But beyond this realization, two key encounters shaped everything.
First, Cochise Genet, a demanding and visionary mentor, played a foundational role. His experience, guidance, and unwavering belief in Klem Loden’s potential anchored the project in a concrete and international ambition.
Then came a young composer — not yet a student — who disrupted the course of things. He persistently reached out to Klem, eager to learn, to train rigorously, to go further. He would become one of the first students of the academy — and today, a successful composer in his own right.
These two elements sparked a clear decision:
To create a completely new model.
A selective, career-driven training program
A sync-ready publishing company based in the U.S.
A direct connection between learning, mentorship, and real-world career development
Sync Publishing was first born in France, but it’s in the United States that its full potential was realized — where artistic precision, speed, and high standards are truly valued in the industry.
Today, Sync Publishing trains, mentors, and represents a new generation of composers fully prepared for the demands of the international sync market.
Klem Loden is a composer for visual media, a music publisher, and the founder of Sync Publishing LLC and Sync Publishing Academy.
She began her career against the grain, without going through traditional academic paths, by composing powerful, emotional, and cinematic works that quickly resonated — especially abroad.
Her music, with neoclassical, orchestral, and hybrid influences, was discovered by international professionals working in film, video games, and documentaries.
She now works with several publishers, music supervisors, and platforms in the United States, while continuing to develop her own artistic voice.
But Klem is also a natural educator, deeply passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping creative talent grow.
She trains her students the way she composes: with rigor, emotional depth, and full dedication.
Sync Publishing is the direct extension of her vision:
To train complete composers, help them evolve quickly, provide concrete guidance, and give them real opportunities in the professional sync industry.
Our Vision
Sync Publishing is built on a simple belief:
Talent alone is not enough — you need the right tools, structure, method, and vision.
We believe that music synchronization is not a side career or an artistic bonus —
it is a profession in its own right, with its own rules, demands, constraints… and major opportunities for those truly prepared.
Our vision is to build a professional, independent, and selective model,
where training is a springboard to a real career, and where music publishing is not just a showcase, but a powerful tool for international placement and exposure.
At Sync Publishing, we train fewer people — but we train them better.
We represent a select group of artists — and we guide them all the way.
Our ambition is clear:
To build the best sync composer team in Europe — and make it shine worldwide.
